DataVision Computer Video has horrible customer service and puts crazy restrictions on their shipments. When they shipped it to me they required a signature, which is normal, but they also would not allow FedEx to hold the package at their location for me to come in and sign. So my only option was to sit at home and wait for a 8 hour window for my package to arrive, I don't have time for this.
