Be careful with this company. They called us under false pretenses claiming to be our existing merchant service provider, they even had our merchant id. After a lot of lies by a mgr Shanice and a Tasha, they finally had to disclose their scam. In the process of shipping their equipment back. Trying to reach out to their regional Vp but I don’t have high hopes. When a company is this bad it usually rots from the top.

Most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. Then they'll make things up to excuse their behaviors. I never once called your organization. But you did call me telling me I had an open invoice.

Awful company to work with. Do not sign anything to you read the fine print. Salesman totally got us locked into a bs contract.

Not transparent about rates. Call to ask what my rate is because I don’t know what it is and the lady tries to tell me that I have to calculate it myself. They create a $30 a month charge that you have to go in every quarter to do a questionnaire to avoid there’s even times when I’ve done the questionnaire and I still get charged at $30. Try to cancel my account and it takes a month to get the whole process finished and in the meantime, I get charged another $30 because apparently my account still active on their system… I d... read more

Been with this company for about 2 years , and i’am very satisfied with their service and rates, I switched from heartland processing who were stealing me blind.
