Awful company to work with. Do not sign anything to you read the fine print. Salesman totally got us locked into a bs contract.
Not transparent about rates. Call to ask what my rate is because I don’t know what it is and the lady tries to tell me that I have to calculate it myself. They create a $30 a month charge that you have to go in every quarter to do a questionnaire to avoid there’s even times when I’ve done the questionnaire and I still get charged at $30. Been with this company for about 2 years , and i’am very satisfied with their service and rates, I switched from heartland processing who were stealing me blind.
They do illegal work they are having us call merchants and tell them we aren’t switching their processors and whole time they are having us get them to send us their merchant statement so we can switch their processors. They let me go without any reasoning which is so unprofessional his name is Greg wells all he could say is it’s just unfit, I didn’t get a verbal warning of anything I just got let go without any reason which a professional manager would have told you the reason of getting let go.I would’ve liked to know why ... read more
Website is constantly having issues to load, sometimes entirely unresponsive, logging in to the merchant portal requires a trick of clicking submit on login then clicking Contact Us on the top menu for it to refresh as logged in and not fail the login. Multiple errors for "site took too long to respond"... Website only allows you to view the most recent 8 months of statements with their in webpage viewer.
