If I could leave a lower rating I would. I love Solidworks as a program but the company that makes it could not care less about their customers if they tried especially if they are students. I paid for my license renewal and cannot use the program. I cannot get any help. I emailed support days ago and have had no response beyond a form email that someone will get back to me. And you cannot get a person on the phone. I’m so frustrated and angry and disappointed. Great program. Never, ever use it if you can avoid it.
Terrible customer service- nobody answers the phone, just leave a message and they never reply.
