I’ve been using SolidWorks for years in my company. I signed up for a self-subscription, but I didn’t use it much because I had access through my work. Then, they charged me another year without my consent using an expired credit card number. I’m getting robbed.
Can't give zero. 13 months ago setup a trial (which required CC). Account wasn't configured (known issue according to other users on tbe dassault forums) so can't even see products etc. Used online chat to cancel the subscription but was still charged $80. A few months later the Credit card expired This year rocks around and I get an email from dassault saying to log in and update my credit card as it's expired or my subscription would end.
