Where do I start? The owner needs to figure out a lounge area. This place is a mess. The only place that don’t have it under control Be prepared to wait a very long time and be prepared to be Served with attitude! They don’t offer water to the drivers they don’t offer a bathroom & the staff is horrible to the drivers!
Ordered from this place last night. When I opened my sealed back it literally smelled like someone smoked a cigarette inside the bag and closed it. All my food items reeked like a cigarettes. They got my order right that's why they get a 2 star instead of 1 star, that's how badly my bag smelled and I smoke cigarettes myself, that should tell u how bad it smelled. It was like someone placed their ash trey inside the bag. I'll never order from here again.
Nearly every time I'm here it's a 20 min plus wait, which feels kinda ridiculous given the circumstances of dashers trying to make money which requires timeliness. Additionally, the employees are cold and indifferent AT BEST but I've had what I feel is more than my share of rudeness as well. Catching attitude when I haven't caused you any issues is completely unnecessary and helps no one and nothing.
Some of you're employees are rude. Wait times are long at times.
