Insane experience ordering late night here… How do you let me order EVERYTHING for tacos and then casually drop the GROUND BEEF but then send me everything else? The order is useless at this point. DoorDash, seriously: 1) why not send me substitutions? You have other ground beef… 2) how do you not know your own inventory in a warehouse environment? Blows my mind… I likely won’t order here again. I’ll just mind my business while I eat my cilantro and green pepper taco…
the workers here have awful customer service are rude, impatient and scream at the Dashers for no reason. I will never order or pick up from here ever again. i sat there for 30 minutes to pick up an order and it still wasn’t done.
When you can pickup your own Doordash order its a huge 5 stars for me! I only live 2 blocks away and I hate going in-store shopping when I only need a few items.
Placed an order late tonight. Waited over an hour. Got updates from DoorDash as my order was being fulfilled. Then I got a message from my Dasher saying someone else picked up my order in error. I was counting on that to provide breakfast for my house guests. Why not re-fulfill my order? They just canceled the whole thing. Nothing to recompense my wasted time and effort, except for a refund. I absolutely do not recommend using DashMart.
