When you can pickup your own Doordash order its a huge 5 stars for me! I only live 2 blocks away and I hate going in-store shopping when I only need a few items.
Placed an order late tonight. Waited over an hour. Got updates from DoorDash as my order was being fulfilled. Then I got a message from my Dasher saying someone else picked up my order in error. I was counting on that to provide breakfast for my house guests. Why not re-fulfill my order? They just canceled the whole thing. Nothing to recompense my wasted time and effort, except for a refund. I absolutely do not recommend using DashMart.
takes forever to get help, building serves no purpose.
It is 10:18 on 7/31/2025 myself along with about 10 other people have been waiting for an employee to service us
Enough said, was probably stolen 2 minutes after it was dropped off. Disgraceful and shows a total lack of common sense and training. Can’t give zero stars
