The staff today (11 april 2025, 10:40PM), was super slow, she was on phone call with someone with an AirPod on her. It was very unprofessional as her whole focus was on talking and she didn’t care about the orders, she was super slow and her attitude was like she didn’t care about drivers at all. I had same experience with this employee before. I hope Dashmart will take a strict action against this unprofessional behaviour because it is hard to wait for around 15 minutes more than the pickup time of the order.
