Some staff are so rude
“Absolutely terrible service. My order never arrived, and this is not the first time I’ve had issues with DoorDash. I specifically selected ‘Hand it to me’ with a required PIN code to make sure the delivery was secure, but the driver never gave me the order and never asked for the code. Despite this clear violation of policy, DoorDash still refused to refund me. I paid for something I never received, and that is completely unacceptable. Went to pick up an order this morning and the door was locked ringed the door bell and no one answered saw someone in the back. There was 4 of us outside to pick up orders and we all had to cancel. Came back 30 min later to pick up another order and the door was unlocked this time but the lady in the back had a very bad attitude and slammed the window shut in my face. Please do better.
The place is an abandoned strip mall that DoorDash uses for one of their convenience stores. Not going to lie it’s pretty Ghetto.
