Juan Rios customer service was immaculate he needs a raise and bonus asap
They should fix something and then it be a good dashing spot. First it if the employees are going to leave they should stop the order 30min before the store closes so they could get all the order out and not wait till the last min and then cancel it wasting people gas to get there. And if u don’t accept it your accept rate goes down. Dont puts the driver in a bind. The store sent damaged / spoiled fruit in my order. Doordash only refunded a portion of the item's cost.
I had two bad experiences with dairy products from dashmart I previously ordered a gallon of milk and yogurt my kids got sick and threw up from eating the yogurt so I opened the gallon of milk to check it and it smelled really bad as if they left all the dairy products out without refrigeration then refrigerated it before being sold so I dumped the milk and threw out the remaining groceries from dashmart will never use them again !!
This place is trash . The only dashmart that does NOT OPEN ON TIME. it is currently 6:45AM. I have to drop orders because of this place .
