Undoubtedly the worst company amongst all of the McDonald's franchises. Have tried calling twice a day for a week now and left three messages and no response. Also used to work for them a few years back and at the time i had won a competition for the company and they refused to pay. Between the disrespectful owner Scott Miller and the HR office that seems to never answer their phones... I would never recommend this business for anything.

As someone who's worked at the McDonalds on Mattis and Cunningham I would seriously advise dont ever work here it will push you to your limits

Store #2257 on Mattis Ave. Champaign Illinois has horrible service. Rude customer service must be a requirement to work there! Unbelievable! We wanted a large water for which we were charged a dollar for. If we had known before paying we would have switched which we did and was rudely told that it is McDonald's policy to charge. No reason for the comment as we did not complain...just wanted a soda instead! KS# 13 07/16/17 05:08 pm Order 29 drive thru.

Always have wrong orders...don't bother calling the restaurant as they won't answer phone....had to wait 16 minutes after paying for food to have a wrong order that was less than what I paid. Felt like a street gang was inside at the counter...all employees were engaged in conversation with them with very inappropriate street talk and were too busy with friends to deal with a customer.
