Normally pretty good but today the burger was not smashed it was just a slider on a big bun I did the buy 1 get 1 50% off and it was really not acceptable. Such a shame to have to throw away half of a bun and you're expecting to have consistency. I don't think I'll come here again for quite a while because if they're not smashing the burgers then it's a waste of my time I will go to huddle house.

I’m from Maryland and I’ve seen so many Dash ins but this one here in Richmond is by far the best Dash in I’ve been too. Justin is an amazing chef, Mia has great customer service and everyone was so extremely friendly. This is the only Dash in I will stop by in Virginia.

I couldn’t be more disappointed and annoyed with this location. I previously visited the location on Hull st rd and was very impressed with both the quality of the food and the affordable deals. That being said lunchtime today I really wanted a burger so I found this location was nearby and I was excited to have another awesome experience. First time eating in your store, I had the pleasure of meeting Shi And Diamond both were very pleasant and friendly they told me of the specials and what they could cook for me I wish all stores had employees like this. Thank you
