Gas pump receipt printers “out” almost every time—9/10 visits. It feels like a ploy to get me inside. I want my receipt at the pump. Put paper in the pumps and stop the underhanded nonsense. It's just a roll of paper that you put in the pump. It's not a rocket science repair. Update: 10/21/25. Went to gas up. No receipt at the pump again.
They ruined a perfectly good Shell station. There's no more Shell or rewards. This was our go-to for a long time. It's worth driving out of the way for Shell.
