Soft touch?? I've been in softer car accidents. It literally pushed my car. Craziest car wash I've even been in and I own a fleet.

Very hit or miss service wise. The Ethiopian girl who is normally there during the day is extremely unprofessional. She is on her phone the entire time she is making food. She isn’t changing her gloves every time she touches her device either. She makes the orders right 50% of the time. Seems like management doesn’t have any control over the employees.
The guy working the night shift/ early morning shift, behind the cook station, messed up my burrito order, mind you I was his only and only order at the time. I understand mistakes happen and that's fine I just did not have enough time to have my order remade. Especially when he told me he was going to take care of other people's orders before mine even though he made the mistake. Ordered a burrito with extras. I paid extra for some of the following: -extra egg -jalapeños -salsa -cheddar ALL of these extra items were missing. I can understand if one item is missing - but all? That’s not acceptable.
