Unethical- long story short, they fixed the screen on my iphone and told me it had a year warranty on it. The screen went bad well within the warranty range and they refused to correct their mistake. They would NOT make good on the warranty. Kept saying it had water damage and she was asking if she could open it and check and I was saying yes, please check!!
