I dropped my PlayStation off on a Friday and they said they would have it to Me by the earliest Wednesday, so I wait till Wednesday and I call and they say they won’t have it ready until Friday so fast forward Friday I call again and they say that the technician or whatever got sick and wasn’t able to get to it so they would give it to me by Tuesday and at the end of the day, this is unprofessional and I am disappointed. It should only take one to two days to fix a PlayStation and this is my property I’m waiting for.
