Knowledgeable, but slightly rude and off putting arrogant personality. Will still recommend, however might be treated like an idiot if you ask questions he perceives as stupid (IMHO). Edit- I understand now. Will still a 100 percent recommend the business. Rather have quality of service, than being coddled .
From the moment I entered the Centre, I knew I was about to have a positive experience. David is polite, a good listener, highly knowledgeable and knows how to be of service. Customer service extrodinaire!
