David always treats me well. The service is fast and friendly. I've taken a number of phones to him, and he really knows his stuff. Never hits me for unnecessary items or services.
Friend had to replace a phone that met an untimely end by hammer. Dave was clear in his communication (I have worked in CS for 30 years) and concise about what information he can transfer, how to get back what he cannot do (passwords for email, banking, ) Had my friend back up and running in about an hour, new phone, new case and voila! Happy customer. Thanks Dave.
Very high quality work. Was completely satisfied. Fixed my 23 ultra same day I called. Did full check through make sure it all works
I went to Daz repair to deal with issues on my phone, and left with a newer phone. I returned the next week to deal with fine tuning on my "new" phone and to have it fully sync with my tablet. At the end of the second visit I left with both a phone and tablet which are not fully functioning. I also left with a bit of an overdose of David's condescending behaviour and attitude.
