Even though this company is an approved FHA lender they refuse to abide by the FHA/HUD guidelines. They tell you that their "investor lenders" have their own overlays and they refuse to go further than a AUS ref and send it to manual underwriting. They do not follow the HUD handbook and do NOT even try to get you approved. RUN far away from these people if you are like me and want to utilize the FHA program that lets people like us start again.
Had to sign and send a few things but the always made it easy, convenient, and Amy and Dylan are absolutely amazing!! If I had to do this all over again I would have found them sooner!!
These people have been sending me “final notice” mail every week for three years. I have been calling and calling and told numerous times that my name would be taken off their mailing list. Today I got another “ final notice” mail from them again. What do I have to do to get these people to leave me alone??? I have a home warranty, but not with them and I never will. Leave me the hell alone!!!!
