Daryl has been fantastic to work with as a first time home buyer. He is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely responsive (which was refreshing after having a broker drop the ball on me in the past). I appreciated that he took the time to speak to me about my goals, the current market, and always was available to answer any and all questions I had about the mortgage process along the way. I was told I could not get a mortgage and needed to improve my credit rating. I was given Darylh as a contact and he looked into my situation as a courtesy. Darylh advised he thought my credit was decent and provided professional guidance and worked with me snd builder/seller patiently guiding and leading the process.
