Really disappointed by the service here. I was advised by the NT Licensing Board and Consumer Affairs to contact DCLS to help me with a legal dispute between my housemate and I and our Property Managers. Despite taking my call for 30 minutes, taking all the details of my case and booking me 2 appointments to meet with someone - I was then called the next morning and told “we can’t help you”.
