So impressed with the team at Darwin Bowie. They have been incredibly responsive, good sense of urgency and very thorough. Offer accepted to exchange of contracts in 6 weeks. Martin always on hand to help with questions, small and large. Well deserved 5 stars.
I rarely leave reviews but I must advise people to avoid this solicitor at all cost! I recently had to choose a solicitor to conveyance for a house sale in the Narberth area. I chose Darwin Bowie for two reasons: 1. They were the most expensive, which I assumed would bring with it a degree of competence. 2. They were local. This turned out to be an awful decision.
