I am very pleased with the exceptional service I've received. Although shipping was pushed back because of Covid, I must say that Brent consistently kept me up to date. He really made sure my experience at Darvin was remarkable. He remained very professional and solved all my concerns that I had months prior to his arrival. Buyer Beware! We purchased a headboard from Darvin Furniture October 16, 2021. We were told it would take awhile to process this order due to COVID issues. We finally received the headboard January 15, 2022. We tried it out and it really did not look good to us in the room we wanted to use it in. My husband called and was told that Darvin does NOT do ANY returns. Seriously?
