At our church, we have 3 D.A.R.T.s users. All non-verbals. Today a driver picked up the wrong individual. When we had the last driver come to pick him up, we had the original passenger still waiting. He hung around for about 10 minutes. After he came, I immediately contacted them and was passed on to a dispatcher. By this time the driver was gone.
