I don't need to use the darts service as much lately, but every time I need to book a same day ride...the dispatcher always tries so hard to accommodate my schedule. Bravo! And thank you!
ive taken the darts many times and i noticed alot of the drivers are indian people and have some better drivers also?
For a service that is meant to transport the disabled, the drivers of these vehicles surely feel like they’re on a Formula One track, in Hamilton of all places! Snapped this vehicle TODAY between 5:10-5:20 PM where the driver was not only tailgating, but swerving lanes, speeding excessively and cutting people off dangerously. It is important to teach your drivers/staff about SAFETY, since that should be your most important objective as a service provider.
Good service for seniors , often waiting a long time but lately better!
