I'll NEVER use call back again, they don't seem to ever call back. Left a request for a call at 8pm , this is the next day still no call back. ( over15hrs )Not to mention that I was told to call after 6pm to see if a ride was available. Tried calling no luck with getting a human to answer so left a request for call back Needless to say missed appointment. I just watched (and have it recorded) a darts driver blow through a stop sign adjacent a busy inner city park, at 11:54am on a week day. Hire better drivers!
The car was very clean and had great ventilation. It was my first time riding with Darts. The driver, Ali, was very respectful and helped me carry the bag to my door. I am grateful to the driver and to Darts. Thank you very much. Ali H154
