This is a bad practice that Dartmouth Coach has, allowing people to just take a seat when we are buying a ticket for a specified time from the New London stop. To be told you don't have a seat but you have people driving 2.5 hours from Connecticut to pick you up, and and other people who will miss there flights because people can take seats whenever they like leaving others stranded is a bad business model and poor customer service.
