I rode with Dartmouth Coach on Monday, December 22nd and left my AirPods case (empty) presumably on the seat of the bus. I know this because I was able to track it with FindMy on my iPhone. I emailed them that same afternoon, then followed up two days later. No one answered me for a week. Today, I called them and they did not have the item, so I double checked FindMy and was able to track my AirPods case (and the expensive Pela brand case I bought for it)… to the dump in West Lebanon, NH. Completely unprofessional. Don’t trust the website or the schedule. Their pick ups at Boston Logan B terminal are wrong according to their operator and they picked up at the stop more than 10min early and didn’t wait for the scheduled departure time leaving me stranded and apparently that is normal operating business for the according to the operator. They used to be reliable. I don’t know what happened.

Driver was going 70-80 miles per hour, swerving in and out of the fast lane (spending most of his time driving in the fast lane, which is illegal for passenger vehicles of this size) in order to stay ahead of quite literally any vehicle driving at an appropriate speed.
