Terrible customer service! Ordered darts and didn't receive in 2 weeks. So cancelled ordered. Waiting still for refund 3 weeks later. Will use A to Z darts from now on.
RecommendedI am very satisfied and I can not wait to order again. Darting Around has great prices and hard to find supplies. All the people leaving bad reviews should practice a little more patience and be a little more understanding. They clearly state the effects of Covid and the supply chain (no issues with my order). It is evident they are a small business trying their best during these times.Thank you Darting Around!
Their customer service sucks. Ol Jeffey ghosted before he resolved my incorrect order. Issued a partial refund for my parts that didn’t ship and did nothing for the 6 sets of shafts that were sent incorrectly. It’s a shame, they have a very good selection, but getting pissy and not resolving an issue aren’t great ways to retain customers.
I ordered some shafts and flights online. A week later I still have not received my order thru the mail. When I called to find out about it I was told I need to call the post office, really that’s your job I’m the customer. Now in the mean time I drove the hour to the store to buy a new set of darts that where not In stock and had to be ordered however I was charged the in store price and not the website price which was 20.00 less. Ordered darts on November 21st. Called 23rd and was told they were out of stock and will be back in the following week. it's now been 11 days. Emailed the company and never received a reply back. Calling the office and cancelling my order.
This is the ONE ONLINE STORE in ALL OF THE USA where I could find the Corona Vision soft tip board conversion kit. If not for DA, I would've spent at least twice as much importing what amounts to four magnets on plastic mounts, and it would've taken at least 4 times longer to arrive. I cannot recommend DA highly enough!
Great selection of anything you could want for darts. Only place I will go to for my dart needs.
