Horrible. Didn't file paperwork in time and I lost $7,500 from state farm for my total loss due to a simple deadline not being reached.
Staff is great dont get me wrong. Is the whole system in this office between staff and Mr. Keaton. They bill you for everything that is for sure,the problem is that they make phone calls and send emails like crazy between the parties but nothing gets done. When you call for questions or updates they just take messages but dont get back to you. Waste of time and money. He's a salesman nothing more. He dont show up to the court dates. He dont return your calls. Even the judge had to tell him to get my lagitamation papers in and he still didn't. I couldn't even get his office to send me any proof of his hrs on my case. My experience leads me to believe he's just a liar and crook. I will be turning him into the BBB and the BAR
