Chekin 5:00 am me asignaron puerta ala 1:00 pm pero fue por error mio al realizar el chekin mal la persona q estába de capataz en el área de vegetales me ayudó a realizar el chekin correctamente y en media hora me descargaron creo no todos son groseros y prepotentes como la mayoría excelente atención de ese capataz q recibió mi carga

One of the worst facilities I’ve ever been to. Arrived at 1 a.m., gave them the paperwork at 5 a.m., and they took my phone number saying, Go wait in the back, we’ll call you.’ It’s now 5:30 p.m. still nothing. When I asked if they forgot about me, they said, We’ll take your load tomorrow. Unbelievable. Drivers lose a full day here for no reason. If you value your time, stay far away from this place. Hunts Point, NY is a complete disaster for truckers nothing but disrespect and wasted hours.

This company is extremely unorganized, disrespectful, and full of attitude. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing.They keep ignoring me and refuse to answer. They’ve made me wait without unloading my load, which is very unprofessional and frustrating.Please teach your management some manners or consider rehiring professional people without the constant attitude. These days, no one should have to deal with this kind of behavior.
