Unfortunately I didn't get the same 5 star treatment with Mr Kennedy. My appt was at 4:30 I waited over 30min if not longer to see him. I also felt like the appt was a waste of our time and my money. I could have been given the information without an appt. I was suppose to get references regarding contractors info which neve happened. I truly felt like what did I do to deserve 1 star treatmen?
My family and I had an issue with flooding/mold in our rental home. After giving adequate time to fix the issue, we wanted to break the lease. Which of course they refused. So we sought help from Resolutions. First, the office space is NICE and the woman at the front desk (please forgive me for forgetting your name) maybe Sarah..is kind and welcoming. Darren was a total professional when we needed his help in an eviction. We’ve never had evict anyone before and he made it easy and I can’t recommend Darren Kennedy anymore and his wonderful staff.
