Horrible tax accountants. My father passed and my mother used them for his final tax return. Over the 12 months they told my mother they tried to contact my father’s workplace so many times and they were getting no response. I finally attended with my mother and demanded to be sent all the correspondence. It was 2 emails in 12 months to a misspelled email address. I have used this company since the early 2000s. Since the change in ownership there has been a severe decline in customer service and knowledge of subject matters. Paul and Frank are not responsive to requests and basically pass on misinformation in regards to what they have done to address issues that exist with Tax Returns. For my most recent tax return they twice submitted the information incorrectly to the ATO and then claimed they had submitted an Objection when they hadnt.
