Darrell has helped us with our mortgage since we bought our home 7 years ago. Being self employed the mortgage processes isn't as straight forward and Darrell guided and helped us through all our options with kindness and a lot of patience. Every time we hit a road block we could have easily bailed but he stuck with us and got us an incredible mortgage that we never would have been able to figure out on our own. I HIGHLY recommend using a mortgage broker to get you the best deal and Darrell is the best of the best!

Darrell is by far the best most local north Van family orientated guy and an absolute expert in mortgage brokerage.
