We took all of the information for our very busy business to them April 2nd (a Friday) for quarterly, sales, and employee tax. We waited about a week with no information from them (after being told we would get a call back on Monday). I tried calling them over a dozen times in the next two weeks to get any information on taxes, what we were going to owe, ANY information. Almost every call, I got a voicemail. Took my taxes to them the first part of March to file, didn't contact me to tell me they needed more information, got that turned into them, called for a week, no answer and no call back, finally after almost 2 weeks someone called me back (on April 20th) now it is April 26th and they haven't answered 2 calls and I STILL don't know anything about my taxes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I hadn't!!!

I took my taxes to them in Feb, had to contact them SEVERAL times, for them to say they would have to call me back. Had to call them again and again. Finally picked my taxes up in MAY and took them to Elaine's Tax Services and they were done in a WEEK! Would NOT recommend Darrah and Company for ANYTHING!
