My Black family and I were completely ignored when we entered—no greeting, no acknowledgment—just Ken talking loudly to another customer about his personal issues. The energy felt dismissive, even racist. His daughter was the only kind and professional one, which is why we stayed. She arranged a home visit—but that was a huge mistake.
