I got married in 2022. I had an overall good experience with this alteration shop HOWEVER, I had some concerns right before my wedding where I had lost a little weight following the final fitting (stress, am I right?) and a few areas at the back of dress were gapping. I contacted Jennifer and explained my concerns and asked her if there was anything we could do? Jennifer is so kind and wonderful to work with! I made an appointment to see if I needed any alterations for my wedding dress. Jennifer checked my dress over several times and made absolutely sure it fit perfectly and as it should. She added a few stitches to my neckline and a small ribbon for my wrist to hold my train up that we decided would make it look just right. Working with Jennifer at Darling Sew Shop was such a great experience! I brought my wedding dress here and ended up having the waist taken in, boning added to the corset, adding a bustle, and having the skirt hemmed. Everything was done in a really timely fashion, and the results were amazing! She was always so nice to talk to during appointments, and made sure I knew all the options when it came to what kinds of alterations we were doing. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a great seamstress!
She is the best!!!! She altered my daughter’s wedding dress 7 years, ago and she did an amazing job. We went back for my other daughter’s wedding dress alterations, and few other dresses.Again, did an amazing job. Jennifer is very professional, she does a great job in very timely manner, and she does a superb job!!!!!!
