From my first visit choosing my dress to my dress fitting, Taylor put me at ease and made everything so easy. The dresses and accessories available in store are so beautiful and the girls are all so knowledgeable to help find your perfect dress and style your bridal look. We are very disappointed with the service from Taylor at Darling Brides. The dress we received was damaged. We were told it arrived this way directly from manufacturer and that we would receive a partial refund. 6 weeks of chasing and no refund has been received. We're now having to look at legal options. We also paid to hire a hoop and the seamstress received the wrong type. We're still waiting for a refund on this also. This all feels so avoidable! I wasn't going to add following a Facebook review but someone else reached out to me who's having the same issues. I chose darling brides to clean my dress as they hand clean dresses etc. My gown had so much detail including my veil which I wanted minimal damage to. So I dropped it off, she was half an hour late but you have to account for this. She said it would be a few weeks and I'll get my dress back. EDIT- I am unable to repond to you Taylor & correct your information regarding your "discounts" & many other bits of incorrect information as you have taken the function off.... I think that says all it needs to. There has been a catalogue of errors on your part with false promises & youve now made me out to be a cheap akward bride.
