We have had the same experience as another customer on here (Jeremie). I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, however I can't anymore after dealing with what we're dealing with now. First off, we gave her our taxes and were told that they would be done on a certain day. The day came and passed, so I called to ask how progress was going. i hadn't recieved my tax return even though all my other coworkers had so I called the office and they said they would look into it. I had to call 3 separate times before they actually did do something. but besides that she doesn't rlly have a clue what she's doing. inside is nasty, smells stale, and overall just a hostile environment. she lost my tax return and proceeded to lie that she had actually sent it and that maybe it was my fault. also had an appointment at 3pm, I arrived and she told me to come back later (I live 2... read more

Did my taxes here and they had them sent to someone elses bank account, instead of resolving the situation they put it on me to deal with.Still haven't gotten my money from either party would highly not recommend going here.
