I've been with Darkwave a few years now. They were decent to begin with but their communication has become lacklustre and impersonal.
Have been with these guys for around 8 years, and they are the best. Great services and information for creatives. I've recommended them to heaps of industry friends and colleagues over the years. Highly recommended.

A really disappointing and impersonal experience with this firm. I was sent a “completed” return to sign when I wasn’t sure I had yet supplied all the needed information. This return had me owing a very large tax debt. When I queried this, the accountant Fred noticed a mistake - he’d counted my income twice (and also that he hadn’t even collected everything he needed from me, which seems harder to miss but here we are). I have been a client at Darkwave Consulting for three years and unfortunately after my experience this year, it will be my last. For context I had my taxes finalised from my end by the 20/06, and have only received my return today (17/08). While I understand delays can occur outside of the accountants control, I was professionally ghosted by my accountant and my multiple attempts to follow up the progress while being stuck in a foreign country were left ignored.
