2025 Update: We've worked with Darcy two more times since the last review, most recently for family holiday card. She's as fantastic as ever -- extremely responsive and easy going. We have a new puppy and she was great with him, and got some priceless shots. She's terrific! Original: Darcy is AWESOME to work with. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Darcy. She not only took incredible photos of us, but kept us calm, made us feel special, and brought wonderful energy on a rainy August day. She had great locations picked out around Old Town that made the the day feel more magical. We highly recommend Darcy for any special event!!
It was the absolute best decision to have Darcy as our wedding photographer! My favorite part was that her process included a questionnaire which made my husband and I really reflect on our vision for the day, including the type of photos we want. Darcy documented baby photos for our family - she was supremely patient and professional, making everyone feel comfortable. Her pre-shoot survey was very comprehensive and points to her dedication to understanding the client's goals and overall vibe. The photos were returned quickly and turned out beautifully with both color and black and white versions. We recently had our engagement photos taken by Darcy, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We are not used to taking photos like these, but Darcy made us feel so completely at ease throughout the entire session. She truly made the process enjoyable.
