Terrible experience. No communication at all, had to call/email him first every time. Told me he would bill me more if i wanted to be updated on the status of my file!!(which took over 8 mths) Screamed at me over the phone to the point i had to tell him i did not deserve to be talked to that way. Incapable of taking any blame for anything. Do yourself a favor, and find a different lawyer! **Edited to add - To top things off once I finally recieved my documents, he had included someone elses Divorce Cert with my package!

If I could give him zero stars I would. He is completely in for it for the pay cheque. He isn’t there for the client. Not knowing about court dates until the day before less then 24 hours notice. Shawn would not communicate or even try and fight for the case. Completely disappointed in him. Paying thousands of dollars to a lawyer who told the crown I wasn’t in contact with him but I have emails and no responses back from Shawn. I definitely do not recommend him at all
