I would not suggest you use this firm if you’re expecting professionalism, a lawyer to be on your side or communication. I dealt with Derek and brook. Over the course of almost 5 months, I sent multiple emails, and left voicemails, with no response back. I then came to hear through somebody that Derek left the firm, and I was not notified until I had started reaching out. Pathetic & Compromised Law Firm. They are Brokers not Lawyers. I hired Paul Kathler and Sukh Brar thinking they would represent my best interests. Instead, what I experienced was the complete opposite. Throughout the process, I felt ignored, misled, and—most disturbingly—like they were more aligned with the other side than with me.
