I don’t like rude, snooty sales people. I’ve bought all of my furniture here but after today and your rude associate, I will now shop elsewhere.

I am incredibly grateful for the team at Darby’s. Finding the right recliner was important for my comfort and health needs, and they truly went above and beyond. The first chair I chose did not work out, but they were so patient and understanding. Even though both chairs were custom-made with my selected fabric and cushion style, they did not charge me for the exchange.
