I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience working with Mark Kolter. He was very dismissive, a bad communicator, and did not thoroughly review medical documentation in order to prepare me for my IME. He recommended things that were useless and expensive multiple times, instead of recommending helpful actions. I could not rely on him at all to effectively navigate this process.
