It cost me $312.00 to be told to be nice to my neighbor, whom I've always been nice to prior to our property dispute after living in our home & yard for 11 yrs. Mr. Hammond wouldn't listen to us & left us exactly where we were before meeting with him. Less $300. One phone call is all we got from him. Very disappointed!
