DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!! We ordered marble plinths off their website in both December 2024 & February 2025, paid for them up front via the website and we have never received them. We were strung along for 12 months with them saying they were on their way, at one point they apparently arrived in the country but they were the incorrect size. We are out of pocket thousands of dollars. ★☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with DAQUA INTERIORS , specifically dealing with Daniel Renato PTY LTD As a supplier, I delivered agreed materials/services on [date(s)] under agreed terms. Despite repeated follow-ups over an extended period, payment was never made. Communication became inconsistent after delivery, and multiple promises to resolve the outstanding balance were not honored. Terrible customer service and scamming their customers. Purchased an item, was never sent, had to follow up twice before they said it was sold out and offered me a different item. When I said I didn’t want it and asked for a refund they stopped replying, had to chargeback to get my money. Don’t shop here!

I strongly advise customers to be very cautious with this store. I purchased an item, paid for it, and then immediately exchanged it for a cheaper one. The store agreed to refund the difference to my bank account and promised to email me the purchase receipt. It has now been over two months, and I still have not received the refund or even the receipt—despite several visits and follow-up emails. 1 Star – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT TRUST THEM. This has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience. I paid $20Kfor furniture that never arrived. When I went to the store to confront them, they gave me excuses he was very rude Renato That is not my problem. This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. They took my money and provided nothing in return. I strongly believe this business is scamming people. Please be careful and do not trust them with your money.
