Unfortunately I would not recommend Dapper Dans, not from my experience. Where do I start, we went in booked an appointment for my groom his groomsmen, best man and father of the bride, they gave us the wrong time so called chasing us up on the day but we were going on the time they gave us. Then at the try on they were unable to try on the suit we wanted, one of the groomsman tried a suit that still had stuff in the pockets yet they claimed the suits had been cleaned. PLEASE READTHIS BEFORE EVER EVER EVER GOING TO THIS STORE !!!!! Read the other negative reviews, the store tell you its the customer but they dont give you a chance & i fell for the same trap !! Our first visit was amazing how you'd want it to be but the visits since (5 in total) were a nightmare !!!! Such unprofessional people. Rang up store 3 weeks before my wedding (I know very short notice) but dapper dan Wednesfield brand sorted me out with my ideal suit was so happy with the service there. Thank you so much
Ordered a suit 2 weeks ago. They hadn't got the right sizes in but assured me they would get from other branches. Found correct sizes but in other colours so knew sizes would be correct. Collected on afternoon before funeral. Come to put them on and trousers and jacket both wrong sizes. Trousers too short and too tight to the point I can't sit down in them. Jacket also too short and 2 sizes too big. Seriously disappointed and too late to do anything about it. Obviously just given what was in stock.....
