We hired 8 suits from Dapper Dans for our wedding and upon receiving these suits 6 of 8 had errors either ripped trousers, food spillages and dirt on the jackets. This after they should have been checked by staff before been collected them. After a phone call these things got resolved but not before another trip to the shop and the attitude of staff seems a lot to be desired in both branches.
I came in to dapper dans towards the end of last year for my wedding for June this year all the staff were incredible in helping us decide which suits would be better for a wedding abroad. We ordered all a full piece suit for my husband and just the waistcoat and trousers for the rest of the wedding party (attached photos below) we also ordered the shirts and shoes. Nothing was to much trouble for them always welcomed with a smile. Would recommend dapper dans to anyone for any event.
We had three 3 piece suits from here great service they put everything in place couldn't of asked for anymore
Hired a 3 suit and shoes for my son's prom from the Wolverhampton shop. Had fitting in April, went to pick suit up 2nd July, ready for prom on 4th July. Got home to find that trousers were wrong size by 4 inches. Took them back and they didnt have any in his size, so they had to go to their Cannock shop. We went to pick them up on 3rd July. Sent an enquiry via the website at around 6pm, the following morning I had a call offering a 10am suit fitting. Grest service to start. Whilst there for my sons prom suit they were also attentive and helped as much as possible. Of course we hired a suite. Thank you Dapper Dans
