The receptionist was very rude and not helpful when I accidentally canceled my appointment. When I asked if u could get my appointment again her response was “I don’t know. You can look it up” and she proceeding to make a personal phone call in the midst of my issue. Poor customer service I will not be using this company again. An update to your response.
