**BUYER BEWARE** An incredibly disappointing experience. We paid Daniel a sizeable deposit after receiving a fabricated backstory, then no communication unless we initiated it and 4 + months of being given the runaround. We never received our shutters. An almost identical experience to Jacob Butler who has also posted a review of his experience.
Ordered made to measure shutters from Dan. He promised an 8 week turn around. Gave him a hefty deposit. 15 weeks later, still no shutters. His communication has been appalling. Weeks of false promises, ignored messages and phone calls (and even being hung up on). We have been lied to, saying he was in Perth, when he was actually working on a colleagues kitchen- hopefully she adds a review of her own nightmare experience.
