Kimo is phenomenal. He listens carefully when you speak and is great at connecting the dots about what's happening in your body. He never makes you feel rushed or unheard. His massages are the perfect mix of pain relief/muscle work & relaxation. I am so glad I listened to the reviews I read and decided to try him –best decision I've made for my body in a long time!!
I have had a nagging sciatica problem for a while. A good 1.5 hour long session with Kimo not only alleviated my immediate issues he taught me 3 step stretching exercises to perform throughout my day in order to neutralize the source of my issues and so far so good. Highly recommend Kimo!
Kimo is so professional and has been a life saver for me and my back. As someone who works at a computer/on a phone all day, I had so much trouble with my back. Kimo has helped through therapeutic massage along with very helpful stretches I can do at home. Because of his help, I have avoided back spasms for more than two years. And counting!
