Took thousands of my money, cancelled our court appearance as I sat outside the courthouse waiting to come in 10 minutes before we were scheduled for my division of properly in my divorce. “She wasn’t ready.” Never represented me, never returned a dime. Scam artist. My husband died before we could get back in court. I lost everything. She didn’t care. She got her money and did nothing. How do people get away with this crap? Beware!
Danya was terrific through the whole custody process. She did everything I was hoping she would do and beyond. Highly recommended
This attorney is an absolute disgrace to the profession. Not only did she fail to advocate for me, but she also violated attorney-client privilege by speaking negatively about me to another client and even involving me in their custody paperwork without my consent. If she talks this way about her own clients, I can only imagine what she says to colleagues and prosecutors. It was clear my case was nothing more than a bargaining chip for her, and she made no effort to build a real defense—just echoed the DA’s false narrative. ... read more
