Clients are amazing. Management can and should do better. Their staff to client ratios drastically needs to improve to provide better care to the clients. But due to how poorly management treats their staff they're unable to keep staff, drastically affecting the care and happiness and quality to the clients
Wonderful, caring staff, who work hard to improve the lives of those they serve!
