I've called at least 10 times during business hours with no answer. If you'd like a receptionist I will gladly put in an application because whoever is taking calls now needs to be replaced.
Ernestine has one of the worst professional attitudes I have encountered. If I had known then what I know now, I would have submitted my application to another agency from the beginning. I have lived here for nearly a year and have experienced ongoing maintenance and cleanliness issues. I moved into a unit with roaches, have dealt with bugs coming from the walls, unresolved electrical outlet issues, delays in repairs, water leaks, and concerns about how safety-related issues are handled. They inspected a house on 4/25 for me. After moving in I realized there were issues. Serious issues. The windows leaking, electrical outlets getting hot when using both, wood rot, doors jammed closed and floors wet at windows and doors. Floor in kitchen was so wet the maintenance people touched it & water just came up out of it. So I've never went back cause i slipped up which is how i found out. So better safe than sorry. They inspected a house on 4/2025 for me. After moving in I realized there were issues. Serious issues. I put in about the problems but nothing. So I hired my own inspector on 9/16/25. All I can say is the proof is in the report. A lot of Health and safety hazard issues!! The inspector said this house should NEVER have passed inspection or rented to anyone in the condition it is in.
