Lived in one of their housing projects for over 3 years and it used to be fine. The grass was properly maintained, Pest Control came every single month, the front office always had someone working taking calls, rent checks and maintenance requests. Now I have bed bugs, ants, spiders and roaches. Pest control hasn't been here in 6 months. They got some amateurs to cut the grass which is only half weed wacked and piles of grass in the walkways. They are no longer accepting applications as of April 2024! I suggest for people that are interested in housing to periodically check their site just incase something opens unexpected for public or section 8.

This place is the WORST! They do not treat their seniors (or anyone) well at all. My mom requested maintenance months ago because she does not have water in one of her bathrooms. This is a handicap accessible unit but they still haven't came to look at it. They need to be reported.

Maintenance sucks no one comes when called if they nothing gets repaired. It’s a vicious cycle. I had a flood in the bathroom sewer backed up. Couldn’t use the br for hours. Calls but still no service.
